We celebrated a special Christmas party with our children at Chance for a Better Life Kindergarten, in an atmosphere full of joy and happiness. The children enjoyed coloring activities and face painting, prepared Christmas cookies together, and were happily surprised by a visit from Santa Claus, who distributed gifts and brought smiles to their hearts.

November 2025
Our center organized a successful Medical Day in cooperation with Egypt Without Sickness, providing free examinations and treatments across multiple departments, including ophthalmology, dentistry, gynecology, dermatology, and laboratory services. All medications were offered at no cost.
A major highlight of the event was arranging a free eye surgery at a specialized hospital to save the eye of a young garbage collectors.
We are proud to serve our community and remain committed to offering the highest level of care.

This week, our team held an art therapy session titled “Dream.”
The children expressed their hopes through drawings — one dreamed of becoming a teacher, another of owning a big house to host his friends from the street.
The session offered insight into their inner world and reminded us that every child carries dreams worth listening to.

All the kindergarten children went on a trip to a farm and discovered everything: Where do vegetables grow? Where does our food come from? How is the harvest harvested? They were able to try many different things and clearly had a wonderful day. A big thank you goes to Nadja Kamil, who made clothes for the children, typically worn by the local rural population, especially for this trip. This way, the children not only learned about fieldwork, but also gained a deeper understanding of cultural aspects.

Grow and Rejoice!
A workshop on personal hygiene for children , including measuring children's weight and height to check on their health , in collaboration with Egypt Without Disease Foundation .
We hope that everyone has entered the new year 2025 safe and sound and are pleased to have some great news just in time for the turn of the year.
Our local staff participated in a course with Caritas that taught them how to work with children who have learning difficulties. We also received an official certificate from the French Embassy, ​​which allows us to offer and conduct similar training courses ourselves in the future.
Nadja Kamil, our local employee, organized a great fish campaign with the kindergarten. As a group, we shopped together at the fish market, then deboned the fish, prepared it and ate it together. This gave the children a good insight into where food comes from and how it is prepared. Thank you very much for this great campaign!

It was high time to look for a new vehicle that was both cost-effective and offered the passengers the necessary safety. After a long search, we discovered a Chinese 15-seater that was also affordable. This means we now have much more options in terms of transport capacity than the old 9-seater.
we were able to buy our new King Long - that's its official name. We are hopeful that this minibus will serve us well for many years to come.

Our youth group Exists since 2021 We meet once a week at the community center
We are about 20 girls and 10 boys aged 14-21
At our meetings we do fun activities and talk about topics we faced in our real life.
Our leaders are Nancy and Mariam.
And we would be delighted if more young people joined us.
In addition to our meetings, we also help to support younger children in their homework, studies.
